Data deletion

You control your data. Here's how to request its deletion.

From Forge

• Disconnect a platform (Facebook, Instagram, ad accounts): in your space, revoke access — the corresponding token is immediately deleted from our servers.
• Delete your account and all your data: write to confidentialite@nixworld.net from your account's email address, with the subject "Deletion". We confirm and delete within 30 days.

From Facebook

If you connected Facebook, you can also start the deletion from Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → Forge → Remove. Facebook then automatically forwards your request to us; we delete the associated data and provide you with a verifiable confirmation code.
