By using Forge, you accept these terms. Forge is a tool that helps you create and manage your online presence (website, social networks, ads).
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the security of your access. One account per person or business you legitimately represent.
You agree not to use Forge for illegal, misleading or hateful content, or in violation of the rules of the platforms you connect (Meta, Google, etc.). You keep ownership of your content; you only allow us to process it to provide the service.
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, Google or another service, your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. Forge acts on your behalf, at your command.
We do our best to provide a reliable service, without guaranteeing zero downtime. Forge is not responsible for decisions made by third-party platforms (account suspension, refusal to publish, etc.).
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account in case of abusive or illegal use.
Forge is billed monthly in US dollars: Essential (core modules), Complete (all modules) or pay-as-you-go (all modules, billed on use). Prices are shown in Settings before you choose.
If a payment is declined, you get 7 days to update your card. After 7 days, a Complete plan goes back to Essential. If the Essential plan itself stays unpaid for 7 days, your public website is paused (visitors see a "site paused" page) while your data and your space stay intact; paying reactivates everything.
A domain name bought through Forge is registered in Forge's name and is made available to you as part of your subscription. It stays yours to use as long as the subscription is paid. You can take it with you at any time: pay what is due plus the transfer fee, and we release the transfer code. If the site stays paused for 30 days, Forge may release or reuse the domain; we never operate your business under your name.
